Join us for FREE FIT CAMPS

Fit Camp is a great way to start your day.  From beginner to advanced levels, you will feel comfortable with our group while getting a great cardio and core training workout.  Additional events include stroller walks/workouts and Fit Camps that blend in yoga, surfing, kettle bells, walking, hiking, biking and more!  Check out our events calendar on the right for a complete Fit Camp schedule.


Saturday morning Fit Camps meet at 9:45 am at HIGHWAY TO HEALTH.  We stretch and then do a 0.6 mile jog to nearby Mt. Etna Park for Fit Camp.  Click here for location map.  Look for the green and black shirts and ask for Bryan Mistretta, our certified personal trainer.


After the workout we head back to HIGHWAY TO HEALTH to recharge our batteries – hydrate, energize, and refuel.  Enjoy aloe shots, energizing herbal tea, and a nutritious and delicious healthy meal protein smoothie with real fruit, a smoothie bowl topped with granola, fruit and/or protein bar bites, or one of our post-workout recovery drinks rated #1 by Triathlete Magazine.
